Just because you have hired a consultant to provide a soils report does not necessarily mean it will be put to good use. Many of the terms and even the recommendations given in soils reports could use some explanation. This audio conference will help you understand what type of soils report you may need, the technical terms found within the soils report, what is really the important information you need to get out of a soils report and what is the next step after receiving the soils information. Soils reports can be used in the early or middle stages of design and construction phases of a project. Findings from soils reports may also lead to acquiring permits.
