On September 15, 2010, the Department of Justice adopted new design standards under the Americans with Disabilities Act, including the 2004 ADA and ABA guidelines. This live audio conference will provide you with an overview of the new rules, highlights of the major changes, and the potential implications for your business and clients.

Presenters include two of the past chairs of the U.S. Access Board.

Learning Objectives:

  • You will be able to describe key requirements of the revised ADA Title II and Title III regulations.
  • You will be able to discuss provisions unique to the regulation.
  • You will be able to review how the new rules impact your business.
  • You will be able to identify how the new revised 2010 ADA Standards differ from the current ADAAG.
